Env:

* Orthanc v1.5.1 running in docker container
* Windows 10
* Tested on chrome and firefox

Bug: 

* Upload the attached dicom file.
* Try to download with DICOMDIR sructure
  http://localhost:8042/studies/425333f0-8fea954a-3062105c-cc12e22f-ee2525f0/media
* Fails with 500.
* http://localhost:8042/studies/425333f0-8fea954a-3062105c-cc12e22f-ee2525f0/archive  works as expected.
