Hello, your patients share the same value for the "PatientID" DICOM tag. As a consequence, they appear as a single patient in the administrative interface "Orthanc Explorer" (up to version 1.3.2 of Orthanc). Note however that the Orthanc server really considers the corresponding imaging studies as separate.
