Hello.
I use Orthanc with GE DR-F/Brivo XR385 and we use Russian letter for patient names.
In both Orthanc and Brivo i set Utf8 encoding.
Most of patient names in Orthanc explorer are show normal, but sometimes it can combine two or more different patiens and maybe it happens when we use letters like "ь" or "ё" (idk).
But when i get patients in Radiant it shows normal, as separate patients.
I tried versions 18.5.0 and 17.11.0

Hello, your patients share the same value for the "PatientID" DICOM tag. As a consequence, they appear as a single patient in the administrative interface "Orthanc Explorer" (up to version 1.3.2 of Orthanc). Note however that the Orthanc server really considers the corresponding imaging studies as separate.

We have actually just implemented an additional "Studies" page in Orthanc. This page will show up in future releases of Orthanc (forthcoming 1.4.0). It is implemented in the following changeset: https://hg.orthanc-server.com/orthanc/changeset/7fbe3f024ac96ee60ee3432f4b099223b0b2e9ba

Marking this issue as "resolved". Don't hesitate to reactivate it if Orthanc 1.4.0 does not solve the issue.
