Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
add PreferredTransferSyntax to RemoteModalityParameters DicomUserConnection can now use RemoteModalityParameters.PreferredTransferSyntax instead of using the default transfer syntax (LE-implicit). This way we can transcode by default in LE-explicit. fix issue #169

This file contains a precompiled version of several open-source fonts,
that are used to draw text on images within Orthanc. These fonts are
encoded as JSON files through the "./GenerateFont.py" script.

- UbuntuMonoBold-16.json is the Ubuntu Mono Bold, size 16, licensed
  under the Ubuntu Font Licence.
