Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Added a public function that will use emscripten-specific logging functions when using its SDK + scaffolding work. Build and UT OK on msvc15 x64. Not actually tested under *nix or emscripten yet

ServeFolders plugin
===================

This sample plugin enables Orthanc to serve additional folders using
its embedded Web server.

The shared library containing the plugin is created as part of the
build process of Orthanc.
