Added "/patients|studies|series|instances/{...}/attachments/{...}/info" route to retrieve the full information about an attachment (size, type, MD5 and UUID)

Introduction
============

This sample plugin enables Orthanc to serve DICOM modality worklists
that are read from some folder.

The shared library containing the plugin is created as part of the
build process of Orthanc.
