* List of series:
  - Display the SeriesNumber tag in front of image count
  - Order series by SeriesNumber

  available in the instance. If not, StudyDate is displayed (previous
  behavior).
* New configuration options:
  - "TimeFormat" to control the way DICOM times are displayed
