**What steps will reproduce the problem?**
Use the DICOM file attached. I’ve added strange accents by editing the DICOM file in a hex editor. M with a superscript a is Spanish for Maria.
Add the DICOM file (2.dcm) to the server by drag/drop. Retrieve on the client shows the wrong characters. After retrieval, the Patient list shows the correct characters.

**What is the expected output? What do you see instead?**
Accented characters expected, extra unprintable characters added. (UTF8?)

**What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?**
Orthanc 1.1.0 Windows 8.1
