The c-move operation carries a "Message ID" (0000: 0110) which must be taken over and transmitted by the C-STORE command to transfer the data requested by the C-MOVE command. This identifier must be presented in the "Move Originator Message ID" field (0000: 1031) of the C-STORE. Orthanc does not supply this field in the C-STORE. 

Problem reproduced with today's mainline version (February 19, 2018).
